Veterinary degree (2009), Master Sc. in Biology and Technology of Reproduction in Mammals (2010) and Specialist in Human Reproduction by the Miguel Hernández University (2013). Currently, she is a PhD student at University of Murcia. She has developed predoctoral research activities at the University of Okayama (Japan) and the University of Birmingham (UK). The aim of her doctoral thesis is to deepen the understanding of the different factors related to the sperm functionality and oviduct physiology in swine, mainly pH, bicarbonate concentration and prostaglandins presence. Her studies could be used to modulate the in vitro sperm capacitation and fertilization processes contributing to improve pig embryo in vitro production systems.
