NaturARTs PIG – Sperm Processing Media

NaturARTs PIG, Porcine, Sperm processing

Spermatozoa selected by swim-up method show higher rates of normal morphology and motility, and decreased DNA fragmentation and methylation levels than other sperm selection methods. Besides, the yield of pig in vitro fertilization increases with sperm selected by swim- up so our media have been designed to allow this sperm selection process with boar spermatozoa.
