Security

For your security, EMBRYOCLOUD SL relies on the REDSYS credit card payment system. The banking data entered is encrypted and securely transmitted to the bank’s servers and then verified with the issuing bank to prevent possible fraud or misuse. This data entry process is guaranteed by 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology, one of the most advanced and effective protection systems currently available. As a result, no third party will have access to the banking data entered by the customer via the Internet. Only the bank has access to the banking data associated with these payment methods, meaning EMBRYOCLOUD SL neither knows nor stores these details during the payment process.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

• Shipping to Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands) and the European Union: Free for orders over €450.
• Shipping to the rest of the world: Free for orders over €650.
• Delivery Time: Within 7 working days from the order receipt date, provided the product is in stock.

Returns

The customer has 15 days to return the product if it does not meet their requirements, has not arrived in proper storage conditions, or does not meet the quality standards guaranteed by EmbryoCloud.

Taxes

Our product prices do not include VAT (21%).

Prices

Products will be sold at the price listed, which will be valid at the time the customer’s order is confirmed.

Validity

EMBRYOCLOUD SL reserves the right to modify prices, items, offers, and other commercial conditions without prior notice.

Warranty

Warranties and after-sales services will comply with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, which approves the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users. According to this law, the seller is obligated to deliver to the consumer and user products that conform to the contract, being liable for any lack of conformity. The consumer and user have the right to product repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination.
